2 mild Italian sausages
half a red bell pepper diced
3 medium potatoes cut into small cubes
1 medium zucchini cut into small cubes
1 tablespoon of rosemary
1 teaspoon of curry
1 teaspoon of black pepper
half a teaspoon of salt
Cut the sausage out of it's casing and put in a frying pan - preferably non-stick (no need for oil - there is enough fat in the sausage for this dish!)
Use a wooden spoon to stir the sausage on medium to high heat until it is almost cooked through
Add red pepper and stir
Add potatoes, salt, pepper, rosemary and curry
Stir dish until potatoes are halfway done
Add zucchini and stir
Cover pan (with foil if your pan has no lid:))
Stir every 5 minutes until potatoes and zucchini are cooked through
Serve on colorful plates with a fruity beverage.
